    We have identified a Central Database issue as the cause for the outage and are currently working closely with our database supplier to further analyse and fix the issue.

    All services are now fully operational. Following a controlled restart of all affected services, the first came back online at 10:55 CEST and full recovery was achieved by 11:39 CEST.
