    From 17:30 PM UTC to 18:22 PM UTC on October 4, 2023, our network monitoring systems have detected a degradation in network performance that is impacting the flow of traffic in the Tokyo region. This degradation may lead to slower data transfer rates, increased latency, and potential connectivity disruptions, occasional packet loss, and higher-than-anticipated delays when accessing our services through this region. Our service provider has effectively resolved the issue, thereby restoring service at Tokyo POP. At this moment, we can confirm that the incident has been fully resolved.
