We've detected a service degradation that affected the Frankfurt (FRA) PoP which may have resulted in customers experiencing a loss of connectivity, intermittent packet loss and/or higher than expected latency to services. Our service provider has successfully restored the service in the FRA PoP and we are continuing to monitor in order to ensure that service has returned to normal. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused.
