Hello, we are currently investigating a High Priority issue on the Australia Azure SaaS site. The Forsta Plus Cloud Operations team is engaged, and escalating to senior Engineers globally. More details to follow within an hour.

Update: While on a call with Senior resources, we are making progress and are re-introducing backend Services. We're looking to get the site restored as soon as possible. Some functionality is being restored, and we will continue to send an update within an hour.

We've been able to restore the ability for CATI interviewers to login, we're continuing to monitor for CATI specific errors.

Update: We're continuing to restore functionality on the Australia SaaS site. More Systems are now up and running. We'll continue to keep working on restoring the entire site to full functionality.
