Our Staging Platform Incident has recovered and normal service has resumed. We will continue to monitor the service to ensure there is no ongoing impact.

Form3 identified an issue within the Staging environment impacting both admission and submission flows. A fix was implemented, and service was fully restored at 09:17 UTC on 20 April 2026. Form3 continues to proactively monitor the Staging environment to identify improvements and prevent impact to customer testing.
