We have applied a temporary fix. The FPS Simulator has returned to normal processing times. We will provide a further update as more information becomes available.

A full fix has been implemented and and are now in a period of monitoring. Customers using the Simulator should now see that normal processing has resumed.

The issue affecting FPS Simulator has been resolved. We have confirmed, following a period of monitoring, that the service has returned to normal processing and no further degradation has been observed. Further details will be provided in the postmortem in due course.
