We identified an issue impacting the FPS Simulator between 05:03 and 16:37 UTC. The issue was resolved at 16:37 UTC and currently in a period of monitoring. We will provide more details as part of the Post Mortem review in due course.

Our Form3 - UK Instant - Direct (WebServices) simulator has recovered and normal service has resumed. After a period of monitoring, we can confirm that there has been no further impact to admissions and submissions since 16:37 UTC. We will provide more details as part of the Post Mortem review in due course.

On Monday 16 January, Form3 were alerted to performance degradation on the Form3 - UK \(Webservices\) Simulator between 05:03 and 16:37 UTC. Upon further investigation, it was confirmed that there was no impact to payment processing in the Staging Simulator.
