A fix has now been implemented and we are in a period of monitoring. Normal processing has resumed and we will provide an update on resolution in due course.

The issue affecting FPS Simulator has been resolved as of 14:15 UTC. We have confirmed, following a period of monitoring, that the service has returned to normal processing and no further degradation has been observed. Further details will be provided in the postmortem in due course.

Form3 identified an issue with our FPS Simulator impacting both admissions and submission flows between 09:32 UTC on 26/07/2024 and 14:15 UTC on 29/07/2024. A fix was implemented and service was confirmed as restored at 14:15 UTC on 29/07/2024. Form3 continue to proactively monitor the Staging environment to identify service enhancement and prevent impact to test payment processing.
