On July 21, 2026 at 03:31 AM PDT, Autodesk identified an issue where customers experienced issues with some model translation jobs not completing successfully in APS Model Derivative in the European Union region. Once the issue was resolved on 21, 2026 at 11:39 AM PDT, APS - Model Derivative returned to normal operation. This is a retroactive notification as this issue did not display on the Autodesk Health Dashboard at that time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
