On June 16, 2026, at 03:22 AM PDT, Autodesk identified an issue where customers were unable to receive Email responses from Autodesk Support. Once the issue was resolved on June 16, 2026, at 04:39 AM PDT, Autodesk Support returned to normal operation. This incident has been resolved.
