On 19.10.2026, between 14:43 and 14:51 CEST (12:43–12:51 UTC), the LIVE environment of the Unified API was partially unavailable for SIGN IT, SIGN FR and SIGN PT due to an issue on our side. During this window, some requests returned HTTP 500, 502 or 409, or timed out on the client side. The service has been fully operational since then. We are closely monitoring the system and have already put measures in place to prevent further occurrences. Some requests were processed successfully despite the error response. If your system recorded errors in this timeframe, please check whether the corresponding records already exist before resubmitting them, to avoid duplicates. If you're unsure about the outcome of a specific call, contact our support team at [email protected] and include the Organization or System ID and X-Idempotency-Key values involved, so we can investigate.
