On November 11th, scheduled maintenance took place to update infrastructure that supports our end-to-end Call Authentication with SIP solution. Service was impacted resulting in First Orion to not process calls received as expected. The service was restored on Wednesday, November 12th.
We are aware of an ongoing incident affecting our Branded Calling services caused by an outage with our cloud provider, AWS. All systems are currently operational, but users might experience slower loading and response times within the First Orion ecosystem. AWS is working hard to restore all affected services.
We experienced a brief outage on April 17, 2025 preventing users from accessing the Customer Portal from 7:28 PM until 8:40 PM CST, when we resolved the issue.
