    Charts on the Finix Dashboard are currently not loading as expected. Finix Engineering is aware of the issue and working on a resolution. No other services are impacted.

    We have identified that a number of Visa Transactions had an elevated rate of errors. This issue is now resolved. We deployed our engineering team and incident response team to remediate the issue.
