We have received reports from a subset of customers regarding intermittent service interruptions impacting their ability to access FieldEdge from both the web and mobile applications. We are aware of an issue affecting a subset of databases being able to log in from the web and mobile application. These issues appear to be related to our web application firewall provider, which impacts systems other than FieldEdge as well. Our Development Team is working diligently on a resolution.

Our Development Team has executed a solution to get around the impacted provider. We are receiving reports of successful attempts to login from both the web and mobile applications. You may continue to experience intermittent issues over the next 30 minutes as all systems come back online.
