    We are aware and investigating reported isolated database performance degradation. This is manifesting in longer load times for lists, customers, and the dashboard for certain customers. Please reach out to support if you are experiencing performance degradation. We will post updates as we have them.

    FieldEdge is investigating reports of delays when logging in and logging out of the mobile app. We have determined the delay is related to an external service and we are working with this external provider to determine the underlying issue. Logins and logouts are not failing but they are taking noticeably longer to complete. If your technicians are experiencing delays please advise them to wait for the login or logout to complete.

    Proposal Pro, a FieldEdge integration for sales quoting, is currently experiencing an outage. We are aware of this issue and are working towards a resolution. The third-party hosting service for Proposal Pro is experiencing outages which is impacting the product availability. We are working with this third-party to reestablish the service.

FieldEdge's core web and mobile experience is not reliant on AWS but many of our integrated services (Twilio, Sendgrid, Xplor Growth) are reliant on AWS. We are monitoring these services to ensure they are stable and operating until the AWS outage is resolved.
