We have identified an issue with the Salesforce integration that is affecting access to AdBook for clients who use SSO to authenticate via an MFA provider or Salesforce Identity Provider (IdP). We are actively working with Salesforce to identify the root cause and implement a fix. In the meantime, some users may continue to encounter a “refused to connect” error or experience issues with saving or syncing data. Further updates will be shared as soon as they become available.

The access issue between Salesforce and AdBook was caused by changes introduced by Salesforce in a recent release. Salesforce is actively working to roll back those changes. AdBookOMS single-sign on access issue

We are aware of and investigating an issue affecting users accessing AdBookOMS via single-sign on integrations. This includes access via the Salesforce 'Access AdBook' integration. Users are receiving a 502 bad gateway error when attempting to access the system. Users who log directly in to AdBook are not impacted by this incident. We have identified an issue impacting the 'EditIO' and 'EditDrop' links in OMS email notifications. When users click these links, they are redirected to their AdBook+ landing page instead of the intended Campaign or Drop. This issue does not impact the Portal workflow — email links continue to redirect correctly to specific campaigns within the Portal UI. Google Ad Manager is experiencing a performance issue which is impacting the integration with AdBook. Users may experience error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior when trafficking or requesting inventory availability.
