    We are seeing a larger number of ‘Authentication not Available on Lookup’ errors for 3DS checks today. The response we are getting from our 3DS provider for these errors is as below: “message”: “A message element required as defined in Table A.1 is missing from the message. browserColorDepth,browserLanguage,browserUserAgent,browserJavaEnabled,browserTZ,browserAcceptHeader,” This response typically indicates an issue with the browser data collection, but there does seem to be a very large spike in these responses since this morning. Our Dev Team and our 3DS provider are investigating the issue as a matter of urgency. We will provide further updates on this matter as soon as we can.

    As of around 20 minutes ago we are seeing massively decreased error rates, so believe the issue has been resolved. We suspect the issue was at our 3DS provider's end, but are waiting from confirming from their end. In the meantime we will continue to monitor.

    Our engineers our continuing to work on a resolution to the Dashboard transaction search. Transactional data in Merchant and Reseller Dashboard will be searchable for the last 3 months worth of data, gradually increasing to the last two years of data as we re-build our search index. The system is on its way to being restored, which we expect will be completed in the next few days.

    FatZebra would like to advise clients and partners that it has been identified that merchants may have issues processing Mastercard transactions on their merchant facility as a result of a Mastercard global scheme outage. Our team is in contact with the relevant parties and receiving updates as they occur. Merchants may wish to suggest to cardholders an alternative payment method until the issue is resolved.     There has been a delay in processing direct entries with a processing date of the 28/02/2025 for merchants using our T+3 Westpac facility. These direct debits should have been processed at 5pm AEST Friday afternoon (28/02/2025). Affected direct debits will be processed Monday morning (03/03/2025). We will provide further update once all affected direct entries have been processed.

    This issue has now been resolved. All affected direct debits have now successfully pushed to Westpac for processing. They will be processed at the first BECs exchange this morning (03/03/2025).     Apple is currently having intermittent issues with their payment session endpoint for ApplePay since approximately 1pm AEDT today. The effect end users would see is that some Apple Pay payments won't trigger, the user would see a red error message on the card popup and then be able to try again. Apple has confirmed the issue on their end and is currently investigating. We will continue to keep you updated.

    We are currently investigating an issue with processing Mastercard Click to Pay transactions. At this stage we believe this is impacting all Click to Pay transaction attempts. We are seeing 500 errors on PayNow when a card holder attempts to pay via Mastercard Click to Pay. We have reached out to Mastercard support and are waiting on more information from their side. Please note, this issue is NOT affecting any other payment types, including standard credit card transactions.
