    After a change to our automatic e-mails to include the document name in the subject, some translations were removed. As a result, English text is shown in parts of the e-mails. We have identified the issue and are working on a fix.

    The problem was resolved. An network issue with our hosting provider caused difficulties in our portal file upload database. This was resolved by a failover at our hosting provider. API transactions and document signing was not impacted.

    We are experiencing an issue with the verification method itsme Qualified Electronic Signature. Signers are unable to sign using this method, an attempt will result in an error message. When itsme is used via the CSC Qualified verification method, signers are not affected. We are investigating the issue.

    Itsme sign and identify went under maintenance. During this maintenance connection to itsme was cut and not automatically restored. We manually rebooted the itsme service, this solved the connection issues. We are monitoring the situation.

    This issue is only affecting ID Proof validations performed with the Signhost app. Other methods are not affected. In some cases, an ID Proof identity validation that is performed in the Signhost app shows an error message "Something went wrong" after going through and successfully completing a validation. This error message should not appear, as the validation was successful and is sent to the web portal. We are investigating the issue.
