We are aware of an issue with our card payment provider (WorldPay) that is affecting our ability to charge debit and credit cards for initial and recurring everreach subscriptions. This is being investigated, as soon as we have more information we will update this page. If you feel that your everreach account has incorrectly been suspended as a result of this issue, please contact [email protected] and we will assist further.
