  1. investigating Dec 11, 2024, 03:19 PM UTC

We are investigating a major ongoing issue with our legacy card payment provider, Worldpay, which is resulting in card payments for recurring subscriptions failing. This is generating a large number of support tickets, please bear with us and we will respond to everyone individually.

  2. identified Dec 11, 2024, 09:21 PM UTC

We want to let our customers know about an issue with our payment processing system. The payment provider we’ve been using, Worldpay, recently shut down the system we relied on, which has disrupted our ability to process card payments. We’re reaching out directly to affected customers to guide them through updating their payment details with our new provider, Stripe. Rest assured, this process is straightforward, and we’re here to support you every step of the way. This situation has highlighted the challenges of working with some of the older systems that power the current everreach platform. While we’re addressing these issues, we’re also excited to share that we’re working on a new, improved everreach service, which we plan to launch early next year. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding and patience as we work through this transition. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team via email.
