    We are currently experiencing failures in CMP operations due to an ongoing Azure DevOps service degradation at Microsoft. Actions such as DMR, Task Agent Restart, Refresh, Update, Site Restart and Hotfix may not complete successfully until the upstream issue is resolved. Microsoft engineers have identified a configuration change that triggered this incident. They are actively reverting the change and monitoring the impact.
