    We are continuing to investigate the incident affecting availability of Epicor EDI for Public and Private cloud hosting. The incident is affecting the Epicor EDI portal where certain settings and trading partner information may not be displaying as expected. The root cause has not yet been confirmed. Our teams are continuing to review service health, system activity, and related components to determine the cause and restore service. We apologize for the ongoing disruption and will provide the next update within 60 minutes, or sooner if there is a significant change.

The incident was caused during a migration from one multi tenant database to another. Our technical teams are restoring an older copy of the database right now. Customers may currently access data prior to 07/08/2026 4 AM EST and after 07/08/2026 10:30 AM EST. The remaining data is currently being restaged by our managed exchange team. The incident is not yet considered resolved. We will provide another update within 60 minutes, or a resolution notice once recovery activities are complete and service stability has been confirmed.

Customers may currently access data prior to 07/08/2026 4:00 AM EST and after 07/08/2026 10:30 AM EST. Data within the affected time window continues to be restored by our Managed Exchange team. We are continuing to review a small number of user dashboards that may have been affected for users who logged in while data restoration activities were in progress. The incident is not yet considered resolved while this validation work continues. Corrective actions have been completed, service has been restored, and our teams have confirmed that the impacted environment is operating normally. The previously impacted data has been restored.
