EONI Outage History

We are seeing phone system outages to all EONI phone customers. We are looking into the issue at this moment. there is no ETA for repair at this time.

We've fixed the core issue, and are waiting for things to recover.

EONI email service for customers has ended as of May 1st. Communication about this email ending was sent out each month starting in October. Email service can be extended until November 1st for a fee of $60 per email address if you still need to save or transfer emails. Due to the high volume of calls for email support, returning calls will take much longer than usual and will be handled in the order that they are received. Thank you for your patience.
