We’ve deployed a fix for the text display issue and will continue to monitor its behaviour. The fix has passed our initial QA checks on both staging and production. Please let us know if you notice any further occurrences. For your awareness, the issue was caused by a low-level Rails bug in a module responsible for how certain text templates are loaded. It wasn’t resetting correctly between user requests, which meant the displayed text could vary depending on what was loaded previously. This has now been corrected.
