Dear customer, Note we have identified an issue related to 3DS authentications with Mastercard resulting into an unknown reason related to Mastercard card brand only. As a result, there is increased refusal rate for Mastercard transactions that require 3DS authentication. Mastercard has acknowledged an ongoing issue on their end affecting 3D Secure authentications, first identified at 08:59 CEST. An increased refusal rate for Mastercard transactions that require 3D Secure authentication may still be experience. Mastercard is working to resolve the issue.
