We are currently experiencing login issues with our desktop application. Users may be unable to sign in at this time or it may appear to be in a loop. Current Status: Our engineering team has been notified and is actively investigating the cause of this issue. We are working to restore full functionality as quickly as possible. Workarounds: While we resolve this issue, you can continue to access your IT Hub account through our web application which is operating normally. If you need to deploy the MDM agent we provide ASAP, please let us know and we can coordinate access to the MDM agent outside of the desktop app. If you need to assign your device to your employees, please use the manual flow from the Asset profile (actions > edit > assign device) If you need to access helpful links, please do so in the web application. Next Update: We will provide another update as soon as we have more information about the resolution timeline.
