    Beginning 07/17/2023 11:03 AM CT, we began experiencing an increase in issues with the creation of new Transfers in the Dwolla API. The issue was resolved at around 11:12 AM CT. During this time API calls to create transfers in Production returned HTTP 500 responses (server error).
