    On 2/21/2025, at approximately 5:28 PM CT, we identified an issue affecting RTP transfers, causing them to remain in a pending state longer than expected. The issue was resolved by 6:59 PM CT, and all impacted RTP transfers were successfully processed by 7:40 PM CT.
