Feb 1, 20:44 CST Completed - The scheduled maintenance has been completed. Feb 1, 20:00 CST In progress - Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary. Jan 30, 11:27 CST Scheduled - On Sunday, February 1st, from 8:00 - 10:00 PM Central Time, the Drip platform will undergo a small scheduled system maintenance. During this time you should continue to have access to the platform and data, though email sends and page load times may be slower than usual during these updates.

Dec 21, 19:13 CST Monitoring - We have successfully restored service and are recovering. All systems are now operational and performing as expected. Oct 20, 17:44 CDT Identified - We’ve identified an issue affecting Analytics, which are currently failing to update in real time. All other analytics and services remain operational. There is no data loss — data is being captured as expected but is not yet reflected in reporting within the app. Our team is working to restore real-time updates as quickly as possible. We’ll provide another update once analytics are fully refreshed.

Oct 20, 04:48 CDT Monitoring - We have identified and are currently monitoring a service disruption in our system due to an outage on AWS. Aug 18, 10:42 CDT Monitoring - The team has identified and pushed out a fix to address the issue. Affected events are recovering, we're continuing to monitor. Aug 18, 10:37 CDT Investigating - We are currently investigating a UI issue where email send and receipt data is not appearing on profiles. This is also affecting segmentation for recipients, which may show as blank. Please note that despite this display issue, emails are still being successfully sent.
