    Between 3:23 PM PST to 3:37 PM PST on November 25, 2024, DoorDash experienced an incident which prevented certain users from placing orders on Marketplace. The incident was caused by a bad deployment of new set of rules in one of the critical internal services. The incident was quickly mitigated by reverting the change. To prevent this in future we have introduced more checks and process when making changes in critical flows.
