Between 9:30PM Eastern on 8/5 until 11AM Eastern 8/6 we experienced an incident with our Email and SMS notifications. During this time certain messages that were sent did not go out. This incident has since been resolved and notifications are sending as expected. We are working on replaying the following notification types: - Customer Survey Prompts - Customer Survey Responses - Job Offers - Customer pre-appointment reminders For users of our Inbox product, you will be able to view customer messages in their respective conversations from our Work web application. Any Survey Responses that came in during this time will be visible from the "Your Reviews" report in the Work web app as well.
