    Due to a server restart, SMS and Email notifications that were attempted at 1:15pm eastern were delayed in delivery by a couple minutes. Of those, a very small number failed upon retry at 1:17 and were delayed until 1:50 PM. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
