Our notification vendor is experiencing issues this morning that will affect customer SMS messages as well as access to our platform if attempting to login using a mobile number. While we monitor this situation, we recommend using the email address associated with your user profile in Dispatch for login purposes.

While we continue to monitor this situation, we're seeing improvement with SMS messages being sent again as expected. We are working on replaying messages that we are able to recover and that are still relevant. It is possible you will see messages come in that were sent earlier this morning between 8am - 10:15am Eastern.
