We are currently investigating an issue affecting login via Single Sign-On (SSO). Some users may be unable to authenticate or may experience repeated login failures. Our team is actively working on a resolution. In the meantime, accessing the databases using an incognito/private browsing window without browser extensions enabled may allow you to log in successfully. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.

Our investigation indicates that this issue is related to browser behavior and local browser data. In many cases, cached data or browser extensions can interfere with the login flow, and there is limited action we can take to resolve this directly on behalf of affected users. Recommended actions: Clear browser cookies and cache Retry login using an Incognito/Private window Disable browser extensions and re-enable them one by one to identify any conflicts If the issue persists after trying the steps above, please contact [email protected]
