We were experiencing issues with data loading today between 7:05 - 7:34 PM CET (1:05 - 1:34 PM EDT), where all on-demand syncs were temporarily stalled. This lead to issues with previewing data in the Metric builder, with creating new custom metrics and with reviewing data in Advances settings of the metrics. As a result of the issue, our system is now experiencing a higher-than-usual load as we work through the backlog of syncs. While everything works as expected now, users might still notice behaviour such as slower load times. This will subside soon. Thank you for your patience and understanding on the matter.
