    The North America (West) Solver API and Leap website are currently unavailable. You may be unable to submit problems to the D-Wave QPU, including demos available through the Leap interface. We appreciate your patience as we investigate this issue. Please check back here for periodic updates.

    We are still investigating the cause of this issue. The Solver API outage is impacting all solvers in the North America (West) region, including hybrid solvers. Solvers in North America (East) and Europe regions continue to work as normal. By default, Ocean connects to the North American (West) region, to configure a different region, see https://docs.dwavequantum.com/en/latest/ocean/sapi_access_basic.html

    The issue affecting the Leap website and Solver API has been identified. The Solver API is currently less responsive than normal.
