At this time, the root cause has been identified. Cyderes is working with our vendors and remediation efforts have begun; Services are beginning to return to normal. Cyderes resources continue to test and triage for service impacting issues. Once we are confident of a return to normal operating levels, an 'all clear' will be sent.
