Commencing rolling restart of Cumulocity.com due to intermittent issues with Single Sign-On affecting some customers
Cumulocity experienced a notice incident on May 23, 2023 affecting cumulocity.com API Services and cumulocity.com MQTT Services, lasting 3h 28m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

The root cause of the issue within the Single Sign-on service of the Cumulocity IoT platform on cumulocity.com has been identified. We are working on a fix and have to therefore perform an emergency rolling restart of the system. Please be informed that the rolling restart will not impact system usage, API availability or device connectivity whatsoever. The rolling restart maintenance activity is planned between 09:00 AM CET - 12:00 PM CET on 23.05.2023.
