    We are currently experiencing a performance issue within the Cumulocity IoT platform hosted on Azure West Europe. According to Azure preliminary information, there is an issue with the Azure network resulting in packet drops, timeouts and increased latencies. As a result, the response time from the Cumulocity IoT platform may be less than anticipated or suboptimal until Azure resolves the problem.
