An issue with the Cumulocity database occurred in the early morning hours of 21.08.2023. This may have caused caused temporary device disconnects, failed queries or performance issues on some tenants. As of approx. 06:55 AM CEST the platform is responsive again. We are monitoring the system to make sure that the symptoms fully disappear. We will inform you once we have further information.
