We noticed the 'Public' pool for the REST API is sometimes slow and timing out the last 20 minutes, we're looking into it and advise using 'Polite' if you need a faster response time at the moment, which means adding your mailto in your header requests. More soon. -GH

We have resolved the issue, which affected only some types of queries due to a small number of server failures, using the automated recovery mechanism for Elasticsearch. -GH
