- investigating Jun 17, 2026, 10:07 PM UTC
The swimlane is experiencing some latency issues. Clients with portals across UK swimlanes may experience delays or issues accessing certain pages in the application. This is our top priority and we are working to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Please check back periodically for additional updates, which will be posted as they become available.
- monitoring Jun 17, 2026, 10:21 PM UTC
Our engineering teams have identified the cause and implemented a fix. We've validated that the issue is no longer present. We will monitor for 1 hour before marking this incident resolved.

This incident has been resolved.
- postmortem Jun 23, 2026, 08:17 AM UTC
**Incident Summary:** On June 17th, 2026, users in the UK \(SL1,SL2,SL3\) Production environment experienced brief latency. The issue primarily impacted platform responsiveness and request processing, resulting in intermittent timeout errors. **Impact:** Users experienced intermittent latency and timeout errors while accessing services. The issue resulted in temporary degradation of application responsiveness during the incident window. **Root Cause Analysis \(RCA\):** The issue was related to a transient service availability event that temporarily impacted request processing. This resulted in increased response times and intermittent timeouts for a subset of requests until service stability was restored. **Resolution:** The affected services were stabilized, and normal request processing was restored. Following recovery, service health and application responsiveness were validated to confirm normal operation. **Preventive Actions:** The following measures have been implemented to reduce the likelihood of recurrence: * Service health monitoring has been reviewed to improve visibility during transient availability events
