- identified Jun 05, 2026, 07:33 PM UTC
We are targeting a fix during Saturday's regular maintanence window. Following the maintenance, we will closely monitor the results for a period of time to ensure stability.
- monitoring Jun 07, 2026, 06:04 AM UTC
A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
- monitoring Jun 08, 2026, 04:39 AM UTC
Following the deployment of the fix, we have continued to closely monitor the environment and have not observed any further issues at this time. We will continue monitoring throughout the day to ensure system stability and will provide additional updates if there are any significant developments.
- monitoring Jun 08, 2026, 03:01 PM UTC
We observed reports of increased latency and intermittent timeouts impacting only the US SL2 Production environment. Some Customers may have experienced slower page load times while navigating or working within LMS pages. Our Engineering teams identified the issue and implemented a fix. Based on current observations, the impact appears to have subsided. The incident was observed between 5:38 AM PT and 5:44 AM PT. We will continue to closely monitor the environment to ensure ongoing stability. Please note that this incident is not related to the intermittent timeout issue that was addressed on 06 June 2026. Engineering has confirmed that this was an isolated and short-lived backend performance event. Further updates will be provided as needed. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

- monitoring Jun 08, 2026, 07:19 PM UTC
As a result of our continued investigation with AWS, we have implemented a network update to further address the intermittent errors and timeouts. Initial results following the change are positive, and we are continuing to actively monitor the environment to confirm sustained stability. If any new occurrences are identified, we will investigate further and provide additional updates as appropriate. We appreciate your continued patience and understanding as we work toward full resolution.
- resolved Jun 11, 2026, 05:36 PM UTC
After a few days of monitoring and no recurrences we are considering this issue Resolved. A Root Cause Analysis will be shared within 7-10 business days.
- postmortem Jul 02, 2026, 04:56 PM UTC
**Incident Summary:** Beginning on June 1, 2026, some customers in the US Production environment, including SL1, SL2, SL3, and SL5, experienced periods of intermittent latency. The issue primarily affected platform responsiveness and request processing, resulting in slower response times across certain application flows. **Root Cause:** The issue was caused by insufficient service capacity during a period of increased demand. As traffic levels increased, the available capacity was not sufficient to consistently process requests at normal performance levels, resulting in intermittent latency and degraded responsiveness across affected services. **Corrective Action:** Service capacity was increased in the impacted environment to better support runtime load conditions. This mitigation stabilized request processing and restored normal service performance. **Preventive Measures:** Baseline capacity has been adjusted to better align with expected traffic patterns and reduce the likelihood of similar performance degradation during future periods of increased demand.
