The CSOD Technology Team observed a performance degradation affecting this swimlane that prevented users from accessing Edge Import. During this time, clients with portals on this swimlane may have experienced errors while accessing this part of the application. After a period of monitoring we are considering this issue resolved.

**Incident Summary:** On June 1st, 2026, users in the US RES Production environment experienced intermittent 504 Gateway Timeout errors while accessing Edge Import services. The issue resulted in temporary service degradation and request failures for affected users. **Impact:** Users experienced intermittent timeouts and were unable to access Edge Import functionality during the incident window. The issue impacted the successful processing of Edge Import requests and resulted in degraded service availability. **Root Cause Analysis \(RCA\):** The issue was related to a service initialization and availability problem following a recent maintenance activity. As a result, request processing was temporarily impacted, leading to intermittent timeout responses for users accessing Edge Import services. **Resolution:** The affected services were refreshed and restarted to restore normal processing. Following the recovery actions, service functionality was validated and normal access to Edge Import was restored. **Preventive Actions:** The following measures have been implemented to reduce the likelihood of recurrence: * Maintenance procedures are being reviewed to ensure all dependent services are validated following environment activities * Additional health checks have been introduced to improve visibility into service availability and operational readiness
