    We have identified that our API was temporarily unavailable in Production starting from 14:44pm UK time. We are currently implementing a fix to remediate the issue. This incident will be updated as soon as we have successfully tested and rolled out a fix in Production, and no later than 15:45pm UK time.

    We have implemented a fix in Production. Affected users should now notice that they can query the Codat API in Production without hitting a 500 error. The API was unavailable between 14:44pm UK time and 15:03pm UK time. Our teams continue to monitor the platform to ensure continued stability.
