    Please note that there may be a slight delay in the delivery of results and notifications through CliniSync's Notification Services (Notify and Clinical Dispatcher) due to a known issue that we are actively monitoring. We are working with our technology vendor to implement incremental fixes that will improve performance and reliability, and we are planning to conduct additional maintenance to ensure that results, reports, and notifications are delivered in near real-time.
