Our technical team is actively investigating these issues to understand and resolve them quickly. We understand how crucial our services are to your operations and are committed to ensuring a seamless experience. In the meantime, we ask for your patience and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

    We have identified the issue and have implemented a fix. If you are currently having problems with orders not importing on your Shopify integration can you please disconnect and reconnect your integration to your Shopify store, which should resolve the problem.

    This issue has now been resolved. If you are still having problems with orders not importing on your Shopify integration please disconnect and reconnect your integration to your Shopify store, which should resolve the problem. We apologise again for any inconvenience this may have caused.
