We have identified the issue and have implemented a fix. If you are currently having problems with orders not importing on your Shopify integration can you please disconnect and reconnect your integration to your Shopify store, which should resolve the problem.

This issue has now been resolved. If you are still having problems with orders not importing on your Shopify integration please disconnect and reconnect your integration to your Shopify store, which should resolve the problem. We apologise again for any inconvenience this may have caused.
