Incident Summary: We had partial outage of API services started from [10:03 PM UTC] and fixed on [10:35 PM UTC ]. This incident impacted: • API endpoints under /api/v2/review/ During that period you might received error response with status code 500 from endpoints used to headless access to content cases and headless publishing of moderation decisions.
