    Our engineers are currently investigating user reports of our Heads Up Display not loading and are currently working to resolve this issue

    Our engineering team has identified a temporary connection issue that caused intermittent HUD loading issues, the system has remained stable as of 11:00 AM EST and we are continuing to monitor this issue.     We identified an issue with one of our databases that caused Heads Up Display requests to back up, resulting in a temporary disruption of the HUD feature. As of 11:00 AM EST today (September 3rd) The issue has been resolved and we've been monitoring system performance throughout the day. All systems are currently stable.     Beginning at approximately 7:49 PM ET, we noticed disruptions to our third-party AWS service. Shortly after, AWS reported an issue on their end that was causing significant service degradation. This is having some observed impacts on Chartbeat's data processing and several product features, including the Heads Up Display. AWS continues to show an ongoing outage on their end, which we are monitoring closely. We are working with AWS and actively assessing the full scope of impact. We will follow up with specific detail on affected systems as soon as our investigation is complete.
